World Day of Prayer
World Day of Prayer is an international movement led by Christian women of many backgrounds to call the faithfull together on the first Friday of March each year.
The same service will be held in churches all over the world. This year Christians in Guyana have created the service.

This year the theme was "God's Wisdom Provides New Understanding". This year meet and share in the World Day of Prayer service prepared
by Christians in Guyana. Invite someone to attend a local service with you - services are held all around the country.
Ideas for world day of prayer...
Make prayer beads - give them away
Make lunch... invite your friends after the service
Decide to make a difference...help out at a Volunteer organisation
Leave little notes on notice boards at your shopping center
Host a prayer meeting
