Q. What is an e Book?
A. An eBook is an electronic book that is saved as a computer file usually a PDF file.
At Frangipani House our e-books are a PDF file. The eBook is then condensed for fast and easy delivery using a zip program.
The eBook is then sent to buyers either via an email attachment or on a CD.

Q. What type of program do I need to read my e-book?
A. It is very easy to to read our e-book on Adobe Reader. Most computers already have the Adobe Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader allows everyone to read our e-books. If your computer doesn't have it simply download your free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader Here Please do this before trying to open and/or read your e-book. You will also need Winzip to open the zipped file - most computers already have this - if not this is also a free download at Microsoft.

Q. How do I receive the E-book?
A. There are currently 2 ways for us to deliver your book.

  • Pay Pal notifies us as soon as you pay with a credit card.
  • We then send your order in a PDF file via an email attachment.
  • Or we can send your order to you on a CD anywhere in Australia.

    About receiving the file via email

  • If you don't appear to have received your eBook - don't PANIC.
  • When you order your book, Pay Pal will notify us then we will send you the eBook.
  • Allow for time differences world wide - we are in Australia and it can take up to 48 hours to receive your eBook.
  • Check your spam or trash folder as occasionally the files can be redirected there.
  • Please add the following email addresses to your contacts file in your email account;
    info@frangipanihouse.com.au and frangipanihouse@gmail.com
  • If your eBook hasn't arrived within 24 hours let us know and we will resend it.

    We check our emails every morning and evening and as soon as we are notified by Pay Pal
    that there has been a sale, we send your eBook.

    Refund Policy
    We do not give refunds - however we will help you to resolve any technical difficulties that may be encountered with an e-book order.
