Would you like to Learn To Meditate? Try the mini-meditation below...

Look at the picture below....Now as you look at the picture...let your body start to flop a little,
allow your breathing to slow down...just notice your breath as you breathe in... and breathe out...
Now imagine you are sitting at the boatshed...
Be aware of the water gently lapping at the edge of the boatshed.
Watch the small fish swimming at the edge of the rocks in the clear, clean water.
Be aware of how fresh the air is. Breathe in the clear air...
Notice the light sparkling on the water... breathe in the light...
If you like imagine paddling your feet in the water... when you are ready to return to today....
take a few breaths and bring yourself back to present time....feeling more refreshed than before ready to face the day.
