Light is one of the most powerful and
universal spiritual healing symbols.
May the light of God within me be a beacon of spiritual understanding to others as well.
"Where is the way to the dwelling of light ...that you may discern the paths to its home?"--Job 38:19-20
Sending Out Love
Picture someone in your mind,
and send the love out of your heart like a lighthouse beacon to that person. Move on to other people. They don't have to be people that are still alive. You can send love to friends and family members
that have passed on. Move on to people that you know, your family, people at work, neighbours - pause on each individual for a
minute or so. Try it on people you are not so keen on too.
Now send to a place on earth you know is in need of healing.
